The business of the Annual General Meeting of the Owners Corporation includes:

• Election of the Committee of management for the forthcoming 12 months
• Determination of the budget & consequent maintenance contributions from unit owners for the following 12 months.

Consequently, the meeting will be held before the beginning of 2012 in order that financial contributions can be invoiced and received by the beginning of the year.  

The 2014 AGM will beheld on Wednesday 11 December 2013 in Unit 9 commencing at 7:30pm.
